Rates

Milt’s Place

  • $200/night for 4, $50/night each additional person age 16 or over
  • $1000/week for 4, $100/week each each additional person age 16 or over
  • 8 person maximum, contact us for larger party accommodation
  • plus taxes
  • 2 night minimum

Cleaning Fee

  •  $40 cleaning fee each visit

Dog Policy

  • $30 per visit per animal
  • two dog maximum (negotiable)

Transportation Service

  • floating (local river only, from Cook Station to Cedar Ford)
    $25 per trip
  • concert to/from (local only, Wildwood Springs, Meramec Music Theater,
    Soda Fountain, Peaceful Bend Winery, Red Moose Winery).
    $40 roundtrip, maximum 4 people

 

OPTIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO RENTERS AND NON-RENTERS

Dog Sitting

  • $20 per day or $30 overnight
  • well behaved, one at a time unless they live together
